摘要:随着社会的发展,轿箱式升降电梯己逐步成为我们生活工作中非常重要的机电工具。作为垂直运输工具,它负担着大量的人流以及物流的输送任务,故而其作用在现代社会已经越发重要。所以,现如今需要考虑提升的一个重大环节是,如何提高电梯的工作性能,使电梯可以高效平稳地工作运行。此外,人们对电梯的其他性能,比如可靠性,舒适性等,也有着越来越高的要求。在一般情况下,传统的电梯控制系统采用的是使用继电器逻辑控制电路,最早实现电梯控制的方法是由继电器组成的顺序控制系统。电梯的发展也正随着人们要求的提升而迅猛发展,逻辑控制也逐步由PLC代替原来的使用频繁的继电器控制。62053
本文对以四层电梯为对象,基于西门子S7-300 PLC与WINCC组态软件,设计了PLC控制与WINCC监控结合的电梯监控系统。本文首先介绍了电梯的结构、电梯控制系统的发展历史、国内外电梯行业发展现状及发展趋势。对四层电梯设计了基于西门子S7-300可编程控制器设计的电梯控制系统,系统实现了电梯的指层控制、轿内与各层厅站呼梯控制、电梯运行方向控制、自动运行和自动开关门。基于WinCC组态软件设计电梯监控系统的流程界面,完成与SQL Sever数据库的连接,实现数据的存储。

Design of Elevator Monitoring System Based on WinCC
Abstract: With the development of society, the van elevator has become a very important tool in people's daily life and work. As a vertical transport, it has a large number of people and the logistics of the transport task, so its role in the modern society has become increasingly important. So, how to improve the working performance of the elevator and how the elevator can be efficient work steadily operation are two major problems we now need to consider. In addition, some other performance of the elevator, such as comfort, low noise, low energy consumption, etc.,are also becoming people’s consideration. In general, the traditional elevator control system uses the relay logic control circuit, the first method is to achieve the elevator control by the relay sequence control system. With the improvement of the requirement of the elevator, the elevator has been developed rapidly, and its logic control is replaced by the PLC.
This paper introduces the development history of the structure of the elevator, the elevator control system, the development of domestic elevator industry status quo and development trend. Of the four-story elevator is designed based on Siemens S7-300 PLC elevator control system design, system implementation refers to a layer of the elevator control, within the office of the car and landing call control layers, the direction of the elevator control, automatic operation and automatic door switch. Based on WinCC configuration software design flow interface elevator monitoring system, this paper completes the connection with the SQL Sever database for storage of data.
