摘要:心电检测在心脏病的临床诊断中具有重要价值,能为心脏疾病的正确分析、诊断和治疗提供客观依据。针对传统心电检测设备的不足,本文利用采集板卡及计算机开发了虚拟心电检测系统。系统由心电传感器及信号调理电路、数据采集板卡、计算机等硬件组成,对心电信号进行适当的预处理及特征参数(RR间期、QRS宽度等)提取,消除基线漂移、工频干扰和其它高频噪声,实现简单的自动诊断功能。并采用Lab View开发环境设计了系统软件,实现了心电信号采集、处理、分析与显示。测试结果表明,系统能够准确地识别心电波形的部分特征点,并给出一定的自动诊断意见,基本达到了设计目标。63369

Abstract: ECG detection is of great value in clinical diagnosis of heart disease. It can provide objective evidence for correct analysis, diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. In view of the shortage of the traditional ECG detection equipment, this paper practices a new way to solve this problem. The virtual ECG detection system is developed based on the secretary of acquisition board card and computer. This system consists of the ECG sensor and signal conditioning circuit, data acquisition card, computer and other hardware. And this new system will preprocess the ECG signal and extract feature parameters (RR interval and QRS width and so on). The purpose is to remove the baseline wander and power line interference and other high frequency noise. As a result, it can realize simple single automatic diagnosis function. This system also adopts Lab View to design the system’s software in order to collect the ECG signal, processing, analysis and display. Test results indicate that the system can recognize the partial feature points of ECG waveform accurately, and give some automatic diagnosis opinion, which basically achieves the design target.
