摘要无线电频谱对于无线通信系统和无线数据业务来说是极其珍贵的资源,随着人们对这些业务需求的快速增长,频谱效率成为设计未来无线数据通信系统最主要关注的问题之一。本文提出了一种综合、定量的方法,来分析可变传输速率条件下的无线蜂窝系统的面积频谱效率。面积频谱效率是由小区基站支持的单位带宽单位面积下的最大平均传输速率。本文建立了路径损耗、阴影衰落、多径衰落的传播模型,充分考虑小区的同信道干扰、自适应传输系统、用户的随机分布对面积频谱效率的影响,并使用蒙特卡罗模拟来估计面积频谱效率的大小。文中先后研究了满负荷和部分负荷情况下系统的面积频谱效率,最后总结了影响面积频谱效率的因素以及提高它的方法。64387

Title Area Spectral Efficiency of Cellular Mobile Radio System
Abstract The radio spectrum for wireless data services and systems is extremely scarce, while demand for these services is growing at a rapid pace , spectrum efficiency has become a major concern for the future wireless data communication system design. A general analytical framework quantifying the spectral efficiency of cellular systems with variable-rate transmission is introduced. This efficiency, the area spectral efficiency, defines the sum of the maximum average data rates per unit bandwidth per unit area supported by a cell’s base station. Through building propagation model of path loss, shadowing and multipath, considering effect of the co-channel interference, adaptive interference, user random location and developing Monte Carlo simulations are developed to estimate the value of area spectral efficiency. Both fully loaded and partially loaded cellular systems are investigated. In the end, the factors which effect area spectral efficiency are discussed and the method to improve area spectral efficiency is proposed.
