摘要本设计根据该冶金机械厂的相关资料和实际情况,对该厂的总降压变电所和高压供电系统进行设计。本设计首先根据工厂提供的资料对工厂的负荷用需要系数法进行了计算,根据负荷情况对变压器的容量和台数进行了选择。该厂电源由某变电所以35kV双回路架空线引出,本设计选择在该厂设立总降压变电所先将电压降为厂区供电电压6kV,再由各车间变电所降为负荷所需电压。为保证供电系统的可靠性,总降压变电所采用单母线分段式接线方式,厂区供电系统采用放射式接线方式。通过对系统的短路电流的计算,本设计对各变电所的主要电气设备、电缆和母线进行了选择和校验,对一次侧主要设备进行了继电保护整定,同时对避雷和接地装置进行了选择,画出了系统总的设备接线图。64489

Title The Design of Total Substation and High Voltage Supply System for A Metallurgical Machinery Plant
Abstract
The design of Metallurgical Machinery Plant under the relevant information and circumstances, the plant's general step down substation and high voltage power supply system design. First, the design of information provided under the plant load factory conditions were calculated, according to load situation on the transformer capacity and numbers were selected. The plant is powered by a substation to 35kV double circuit overhead line extraction, the establishment of the design choices in the plant reduced the total voltage step-down substation plant first supply voltage 10kV, the load is reduced by the plant substation required voltage. To ensure the reliability of power supply system, the total step-down substation single bus segmental wiring, the factory power supply system with radial terminals. By calculating, the design of the main electrical substation equipment, cables and bus selection and validation carried out on the lightning protection and grounding devices of choice,and draw up the equipment wiring diagram of the power system.
