摘要智能电网是当今电气行业的研究热点,而智能变电站是智能电网的关键组成部分。智能变电站不仅可以改进传统变电站存在的缺点,还可以消除变电站内的信息孤岛,提供统一实时数据采集。通过使用智能变电站提供的信息和功能,智能电网可以快速可靠地找出并解决电网中发生的故障。66781
本文结合大学智能电网信息工程系智能变电站实验室建设项目,从功能实现的角度出发,给出了110KV智能变电站过程层和站控层设计方案。根据该设计方案,本文使用EASY50软件和Super5000软件分别完成了IEC 61850详细配置以及远方后台系统配置,实现了智能变电站的模拟运行。随后,本文给出了电子式互感器、110KV线路保护装置以及远方后台系统的调试方法,并详细列出了调试结果。本次毕业设计可为智能变电站实验室建设提供参考和借鉴。

Title The design of 110KV smart substation project
Abstract
Smart grid is a research hotspot in today’s electrical industry, and smart substation is a key component of the smart grid. Intelligent substation is not only a way to solve the disadvantages of traditional substation, but also can eliminate the information islands within the substation,providing a unified real-time data acquisition for the smart grid。Using the information and functions provided by intelligent substation, smart grid can quickly find and solve problems in the power system.
This dissertation was finished by combining with the smart grid information engineering construction project of intelligent substation laboratory. First, this paper completed the detailed design of 110KV intelligent substation. Then, according to the design, IEC 61850 configuration and distant background system configuration was completed by using EASY50 and Super5000 respectively. Next, using the equipment in the laboratory, this dissertation built an intelligent substation experimental platform. Finally, debug method of electronic transformer, 110KV line protection device and distant background system was given to ensure the normal operation of intelligent substation. This paper can provide reference for smart substation laboratory construction.
