摘要随着机械设备的完善与发展,机械设备的振动故障也倍受关注。滚动轴承在 机械设备中占有重要的地位,当滚动轴承出现故障时,会破坏机械的稳定运行, 这种非稳定运行将以振动的形式表现出来。滚动轴承的异常振动会给系统的运行 造成巨大的损伤,有可能会造成设备不能正常运转,给企业带来巨大的损失。因 此,滚动轴承的异常振动成了急需解决的技术问题。
本设计系统采用了虚拟仪器技术,由振动传感器、调理电路、DAQ、PC 机 构成。振动传感选用了压电式加速度传感器来采集轴承的振动信号。调理电路将 振动传感器采集到的电荷信号转换为电压信号,并对其进行放大滤波处理。数据 采集卡以 MSP430G2553 为核心,设计了 A/D 采样电路,实现了模数之间的转换。 上位机 LabVIEW 采用了频域分析的方法,对采集到的数字信号进行分析处理, 判断滚动轴承是否故障,若滚动轴承正常,则显示轴承正常;若滚动轴承故障, 则判断轴承故障的位置,并显示诊断结果。69254

Design of portable mechanical equipment fault diagnosis analyzer based on LabVIEW
Abstract
With the improvement and development of the mechanical equipment, the vibration fault of the mechanical equipment is also paid attention to.The rolling bearing plays an important role in the mechanical equipment,When the rolling bearing failure, will damage the stable operation of the machine, this unstable operation will be in the form of vibration.The abnormal vibration of rolling bearing will cause great trouble to the operation of the system, it may cause the equipment can not operate normally, and bring huge losses to the enterprise.
The design system uses the virtual instrument technology, by the vibration sensor, conditioning circuit, DAQ, PC machine.Vibration sensing using piezoelectric acceleration sensor to collect the vibration signal of the bearing.The conditioning circuit converts the charge signal collected by the vibration sensor to the voltage signal, and the signal is amplified and filtered.DAQ to MSP430G2553 as the core, the A/D sampling circuit is designed to realize the conversion between analog and digital circuits.LabVIEW the combination of frequency domain analysis method, analysis of the vibration signal processing, judgment of rolling bearing faults. If the rolling bearing normal, it shows that the normal bearing; if the rolling bearing fault, to determine the position of the bearing fault and display diagnostic results.
