本文对零部件的刚度测试方法进行了研究,根据刚度测试的基本原理,设计 出一个完整的便携式刚度测试系统,选择 51 单片机作为系统的主控制芯片,在 单片机的基础上,利用高精度的传感器采集数据,达到了比较高的测量精度,通 过单片机处理数据并计算出刚度的数值,12864LCD 显示得到了数据。本系统设 计具有测量系统体积小,质量轻,精度高,操作简单,携带方便等优点。在各种 环境下都可以工作使用。
