摘要无刷直流电机是一种不使用机械结构换向电刷而直接使用电子换向器的新型电机,这种电机在使用中有许多优点。无刷直流电机具有传统有刷直流电动机调速性能的优点,同时也具有交流电机的优点,比如:结构简单、运行可靠、维护方便等。也因其体积小、效率高,在很多领域应用广泛。但是目前无刷直流电机也面临一系列需要解决的问题,比如:无刷直流电机也存在转矩脉动、无位置传感器的位置检测难等。70320
本文从无刷直流电机的工作原理及结构出发,阐述了电机的换相原理,介绍了无刷直流电机无传感器控制方法,研究基于arduino微控制处理器的无刷直流电动机控制系统。设计并实现了该控制系统的硬件电路,并采用无位置传感器的转子位置检测技术反电动势法,通过软件编程完成对转子位置的快速检测及电机调速。降低系统的设计成本,使其具有运行平稳,调速性能良好等优势。

The Control Study Of BLDC
Abstract
Brushless Direct Current Motor is a kind of without the use of mechanical structure of commutating brush directly using a new electronic commutator motor, this motor in use have many advantages. Brushless DC motor has the advantages of traditional brush DC motor speed control performance, but also has the advantages of AC motor, such as: simple structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance and so on. Because of its small size and high efficiency, it is widely used in many fields. But the brushless DC motor also faces a series of problems that need to be solved, such as: the brushless DC motor also has the torque ripple, the position of the position sensor is difficult.
In this article,starting from the working principle and structure of a brushless DC motor, it explained motor speed control method and introduced the control method of a sensorless brushless DC motor.Study on control system of Brushless DC motor control based on Arduino micro processor. The design and implementation of the hardware circuit of the control system, and adopts sensorless rotor position detection method of back EMF, through software programming to complete speed rapid detection of the rotor position and motor. The system has low cost, stable operation, good speed performance.
