摘要随着风电技术的不断发展,风电机组产生故障的频率也越来越高,但是风电机组的维修手段却还不完善,因此会造成严重的经济损失,所以风电企业为了提高风力发电机组运行的可靠性和稳定性,需要进行科学有效的管理,因此需要对风电机组状态监测系统的远程监测技术和故障诊断进行研究。70413
本文按照风电机组设备的运行要求,主要对风电机组的齿轮箱、高速轴等设备产生的振动信号等进行数据采集和处理分析,通过对采集的振动信号等进行处理分析,研究设计风电机组的状态监测系统。本文采用TMS320F2812数据处理芯片对采集的数据进行处理分析,然后把采集并处理后得到的结果通过RS232传送到PC机进行更进一步的处理;由于LABVIEW含有许多模块化的函数,所以能够简化对振动信号的处理和分析,因此本文选择LABVIEW作为开发平台。

Design of condition monitoring system for wind turbine
Abstract With the continuous development of wind power technology,the frequency of wind turbines to generate fault is becoming more and more high,but it is also imperfect maintenance means of the wind turbines,thus will cause serious economic losses,so the wind power enterprises to improve the reliability and stability of the wind turbine operation,the need for scientific and effective management,therefore need to wind turbine condition monitoring system of remote monitoring technology and fault diagnosis is studied.
In this paper, according to the operation requirements of wind turbine equipment,the main gear box of wind turbines and high-speed shaft vibration signals generated by devices such as such as analysis of data acquisition and processing,through the acquisition of vibration signal processing, such as analysis,the design of wind turbine condition monitoring system.this paper USES the data processing chip TMS320F2812 to deal with data analysis,then after the acquisition and processing results through RS232 transferred to PC for further processing;because of the LABVIEW contains many modular functions,so it can simplify the processing and analysis of the vibration signal,so this article choose LABVIEW as the development platform.

1 绪论
1.1风力发电机的发展历程
风电机组的原理是先把收集到的风能转为机械能,然后再把机械能转为电能。随着时代的发展,能源的需求也越来越大,因此造成了能源损耗的同时所带来的环境污染也更加严重, 这造成了能源危机的现象越来越严峻, 所以人们开始采用新兴能源,而风能因为其具有可再生、无污染的优点而得到广泛的利用。
