摘要:干燥技术是生产过程中的一项重要的环节,影响产品的质量问题。完善的设计干燥技术和正确地操作干燥过程,是每一个生产者、科研人员的责任,也能使生产的产品保证质量与安全,而在工业应用过程中,对流干燥方法是固体干燥应用中最广泛的。本毕设课题为基于组态王对于流化床干燥控制系统的设计。论文中主要介绍了流化床干燥的工作原理和流化床的工艺流程以及组态王软件的组成部分和使用方法。设计了以流化床床层为被控对象、流化床床层温度为被控变量的温度控制系统,并在组态王软件上制作了流化床控制系统的监控界面,结合所学习的PID控制算法,达到实现对流化床干燥的自动控制。71086

Design of fluidized bed drying control system based on Kingview
Abstract:Drying technology is an important part of the production process, affecting the quality of the product.Improving the design of the drying technology and the correct operation of drying process is the responsibility of each producers, researchers, which also can make the products to ensure quality and safety, and in the process of industrial application, convection drying method is the most extensive in the application of dry solid. This topic is based on Kingview for the design of fluidized bed drying control system. This paper mainly introduces the working principle and process of fluidized bed drying as well as part of the Kingview software and method of use. Designed fluidized bed as controlled object, the temperature of the fluidized bed temperature as controlled variable control system, and made on kingview software monitoring interface of the control system of fluidized bed, together with PID control algorithm, the learning to realize the automatic control of the fluidized bed drying system.
