摘要:随着新能源的开发和利用,锂电池在各种电气设备的应用越来越广泛。同时随着科技的进步与锂电池工业的迅速发展,对锂电池的质量也提出了更高的要求,国内外都把锂离子电池的检测提到了一个及其重要的地位。锂电池的质量直接影响着电子产品的稳定性、可靠性。一个高效、稳定、精确、可靠的锂电池性能参数测试设备具有非常重要的意义。本文通过对锂电池性能测试指标的分析,针对目前常用的性能测试系统存在测试速率低、误差大、不易操作等问题,设计一种高精度锂电池性能参数测试系统。其中主要包含充放电测试模块、数据采集模块、内阻检测模块、单片机模块、以及LED显示电量等相应的部分组成。文章主要介绍锂电池的特点、电池电量检测原理、系统的结构和性能,重点介绍该系统的硬件的设计等。71183

Abstract:With the development and utilization of new energy, the application of lithium battery in all kinds of electrical equipment is more and more extensive. With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of lithium battery industry, the quality of the lithium battery is also put forward higher requirements. The quality of lithium battery directly affects the stability and reliability of electronic products. A highly efficient, stable, accurate and reliable test equipment for the performance parameters of the lithium battery is very important. Through the analysis of lithium battery performance testing index, in view of the current commonly used performance test system, the existence of low rate test, error, not easy to operation, design a high precision lithium battery performance parameters test system. Which mainly includes charge and discharge test module, data acquisition module, internal resistance detection module, microcontroller module, and LED display power of corresponding parts. This paper introduces the characteristics of the lithium battery, battery power detection principle, the structure and performance of the system, focusing on the design of the hardware and software of the system, etc.
