摘要;本篇文章主要介绍了热处理炉的PLC控制系统的设计过程和方案,并且讨论了一些技术方面的要点,难点。本论文结合了PLC以及热处理技术的发展过程,重点研究了PLC在热处理炉自动控制系统中的重要作用,并结合实际展示了PLC在实际生活生产中的运用优点。在此次设计的正文部分,详细介绍了设计的过程,设备软硬件的各项组成以及功能原理,介绍了控制要点,电气连接,并且写出PLC的输入,输出点的分配表和状态变量表。为了更好更科学的了解PLC应用在热处理炉控制系统设计中所扮演的重要角色,我们设计出控制流程图想好并写出PLC的程序解析。另外,我们编程举例了PLC与工业控制机之间的通信问题以及整个实验过程。整个文章的目的在于证实PLC在工业控制系统中的重要性,以及相对别的控制系统PLC更具优点。设计过程中有不周之处,望各位老师批评指正。71793

Design of Electric Automatic Control System for Heat Treatment Furnace Based on PLC
ABSTRACT:This article mainly introduces the design, manufacture, and discussion of some key technologies of the PLC control system of the heat treatment furnace. In this paper, the development process of PLC and heat treatment technology is combined, and some applications of PLC in the design of automatic control system of heat treatment furnace are mainly studied. In the part of the paper, the paper introduces the design process, the composition of the equipment and the principle of the function, introduces the control points, electrical connection, and writes the input and output points of the PLC and the state variable table. In order to better and more scientific understanding of PLC applications in the control system design of the core role, we designed the control flow chart and write PLC program analysis. In addition, we have programmed the communication between PLC and industrial control machine as well as the whole experimental process. The purpose of the whole article is to demonstrate the application of PLC in heat treatment furnace control system. The design process are ill-haired, hope that the teacher criticized the correction.
