摘 要高压水射流切割技术是一种先进的水切割冷加工技术,集泵、阀、液压、材 料、自动化控制等多门学科为一体,如今在各行各业得到广泛应用,水射流切割 技术发展迅速,以计算机控制为中心,液压技术为基础。水射流切割可用于机械 加工、切割金属材料。72247
本文主要介绍了高压水射流切割技术的发展前景及工业应用情况,以后混合 式磨料射流切割系统为研究对象,用组态软件 MCGS 进行系统模拟,用 PLC 控 制系统,简要介绍了液压泵、水泵、阀、增压器、喷嘴的工作原理,通过 PLC 技术对高压水射流切割系统进行电气控制,实现对工件精确地切割,达到预期要 求。系统的核心是增压器、喷嘴的设计,设计性能良好的设备助于提高系统工作 效率。

The High Pressure Water Jet Cutting System Based on PLC Electrical Control
Abstract High pressure water jet cutting technology is an advanced cutting manufacture technology, water pump, valve, hydraulic control, automation, material and so on many discipline as a whole, is now widely used in all walks of life, water jet cutting technology development is rapid, centered on computer control, hydraulic technology as the foundation。 Water jet cutting can be used for machining, cutting metal materials。
This paper mainly introduces the development prospect of high pressure water jet cutting technology and industrial application situation, after mixed abrasive jet cutting system as the research object, using the configuration software MCGS system simulation, with PLC control system, this paper introduces the hydraulic pump, water pump, valve, the supercharger, the working principle of the nozzle by PLC technology to electric control of high pressure water jet cutting system, implementation of workpiece precision cutting, the desired requirements。 System is the core of the supercharger, the design of the nozzle, design performance good equipment to help to improve system efficiency。
