摘要近年来,人民的生活水平不断提高,所以人们对冬季取暖方式的要求也越来 越高。随着电力电子技术的高度发展,多种数字化控制技术被广泛的应用。在这 种情况下,多种智能化采暖装置应运而生,其中,电磁采暖装置有其独有的优势。 本文以 HT46R22 单片机为控制器实现对电磁采暖装置的数字化控制,大大提高 了电磁加热的效率。
本设计中硬件电路包含:主电路、数码管显示电路、保护电路、电源电路、 控制电平形成电路等单元回路。电磁采暖炉主要实现的功能如下:加热、故障报 警、定时等,报警功能具体包括过热报警、过压报警、过流报警等。显示界面通 过数码管实现,可以显示实时温度、时间。软件部分由报警检测子程序、键盘扫 描子程序、定时控制子程序、显示扫描子程序等多个程序组成,软硬件结合,实 现功能。72289
本设计因采用单片机作为控制器,使得电磁采暖炉实现高智能化,包括方便 快捷的人机界面、定时自动控制、温度自动控制以及故障报警等实用性功能,非 常适用于家庭中。

Electromagnetic heating control system design
Abstract In recent years, people's living standards continue to improve, so people has higher requirement for winter heating。With the highly development of power electronic technology, a variety of digital control technology is widely used。In this case, a variety of intelligent heating arises at the historic moment, among them, the electromagnetic heating device has its unique advantages。Taking HT46R22 single-chip microcomputer as the controller to realize the digital control of the electromagnetic heating device, greatly improving the electromagnetic heating heating efficiency。
In the design of the hardware circuit includes: main circuit, digital tube display circuit, protection circuit, power circuit, control circuit, such as unit circuit, control circuit, including control level form and synchronization circuit。Electromagnetic cainuanlu main function is as follows: heating, fault alarm, timing, etc, alarm functions including overheat alarm, over voltage alarm, over-current alarm, etc。By eight digital tube display interface, can display real-time temperature and time。Software part by alarm detection subroutine, keyboard scanning subroutine, timing control subroutine, scanning display subroutine of multiple programs, such as through debugging and code verification, determine the stability of the program is feasible。
This design by using single chip microcomputer as the controller, electromagnetic cainuanlu achieve high intelligence, including convenient man-machine interface, automatic timing control, practical functions such as automatic temperature control and fault alarm, very suitable for family。
