摘要随着人们生活水平的提高,冰箱已经成为每个家庭生活的必需品。所以设计 基于单片机的冰箱控制器有一定的必要性。
设计的小型冰箱控制器主电路的控制对象是单相异步电动机,控制电路核心 控制器是 MCU。小型冰箱主要有冷冻和冷藏两个功能。在他们两个空间加上有负 温度系数的热敏电阻来检测温度,通过 ADC0808 模数转换芯片把数字量给 MCU, 在 LCD1602 上面显示温度。由于两个空间对温度要求不同,还要通过三极管主要 控制小功率电磁继电器来启停单相异步电动机,用它来带动压缩机工作,达到制 冷的效果。由于冰箱系统的电机在启动和运行可能发生一些故障,我分别加了继 电器从而进行过流、过压、欠压保护。72711

Based on single chip microcomputer controller design fridge
Abstract With the improvement of people's living standard, the refrigerator has become necessities for every family。So the design is based on single chip microcomputer refrigerator controller has certain necessity。
Design of main circuit of the control object is small refrigerator controller single-phase asynchronous motor, control circuit core is MCU controller。Small refrigerator has frozen and refrigerated two main functions。In both space and has a negative temperature coefficient thermistor to detect temperature, through the digital quantity ADC0808 modulus conversion chip to MCU, above the LCD1602 display temperature。Due to the two Spaces for different temperature requirements, will also small power electromagnetic relay is mainly controlled by using a transistor to single-phase asynchronous motor start-stop, use it to drive the compressor work。Because the refrigerator system in main circuit of the motor start and running circuit can produce all kinds of fault, I added a relay to over-current, over-voltage and under-voltage protection。
