摘要随着科技水平的发展,社会需求的推动作用,人们生活质量逐渐的提高,因 此,对日常的各种器具要求也逐步的提高,社会发展的逐步推动,产品性能的改 进也逐渐被重视。温度因素在日常的生活中扮演着很重要的角色,温度监测仪器 需要被不断的改进研发,才能适应需求发展。针对这一发展的趋势,多路温度监 测仪器的设计与开发成为一种温度监测系统发展必然的趋势,多路温度检测仪器 的设计需要满足实时性高、精度高的特点,同时又能够综合处理多路温度信息, 这样才能适应和满足市场的需求。72728

本系统的设计的温度采集模块,以 DS18B20 温度传感器为重要组成部分。以 单片机 AT89S52 为系统设计的核心来完成多路温度的实时监测。温度的测量结果 测量处理的温度结果通过 LED 数码管来显示,可以通过上位机的通信连接,实现 自动的功能。文中给出了系统的硬件电路连接及软件的流程。

利用 DS18B20 温度传感器单总线结构与单片机多路并行输入相结合的硬件 改进方式,克服了 DS18B20 采用单总线结构时温度数据读取慢、单总线驱动能力 不足的问题,实现了多路温度实时快速读取和巡回监测。由于 DS89B20 特有的序 列号功能属性,单总线上的挂接个数不受限制,而且可以省略掉额外电源的连接。 可以有本地电源直接提供。

Abstract Along with the development of science and technology level, the role of social demand, the improvement of people's life quality gradually, therefore, various utensils for daily requirement also gradually improve, gradually promote the social development, the improvement of product performance is increasingly valued。 Temperature factors in daily life plays a very important role, temperature monitoring instrument need to be research and development of continuous improvement, to adapt to the demand for development。 Against the trend of the development, design and development of multi-channel temperature monitoring instrument become an inevitable trend of development of the temperature monitoring system, the design of multi-channel temperature detecting instrument need to meet the characteristics of high real-time, high precision, at the same time be able to deal with the multichannel temperature integrated information, so as to adapt to and meet the demand of the market。

The design of this system of temperature acquisition module, DS18B20 temperature sensor as an important part。 AT89S52 MCU as the core of the system design to complete the multi-channel temperature real-time monitoring。 Temperature measurement results of measuring process, according to the results of the temperature through the LED digital tube to be able to connect PC communication, realize the function of automatic。And single-chip microcomputer AT89S52 contains A/D conversion function, in the design to eliminate the complex conversion circuit design。 This paper gives the system hardware circuit and software process。

By the improved mode combining DS18B20 1wire-bus structure with multiple parallel input of AT89S52, the deficiencies such as the slow temperature data acquisition and insufficient 1-wire bus driving ability were overcome,and then the functions of real-time multi-channel temperature reading and tour temperature monitoring were realized。Because DS89B20 unique serial number function attributes, articulated there is no limit on the number of the single bus, and can omit the extra power supply connection。 Can be supplied with local power supply directly。
