摘要微动腐蚀是两个接触表面之间发生小幅度的运动。微动腐蚀不仅可以使接触 表面之间产生腐蚀,而且还将加速裂纹扩展的产生,最终使得组件的使用年限减 少。目前,工业领域的微动腐蚀造成的破坏是很常见的。因此,在微动腐蚀研究中, 工业器具的微动腐蚀的预防和控制将具有重要的指导意义,并在今后各个领域将 会有广泛的应用与涉及。本文重点介绍了微动腐蚀学的基本概念和微动腐蚀领域 的工程实例,本文总结了微动腐蚀的基本理论,并简要介绍和分析了现有微腐蚀 试验机的工作原理和特点。针对现有微动腐蚀试验机的缺点,本文基于微动腐蚀 研究基本理论,使用专业的计算机辅助三维设计和工程分析软件测试器来对已经 拥有的数据进行分析和计算,以及由压电陶瓷驱动电源驱动的机器,已经开发了 一种新型的微动腐蚀试验机。使用微动腐蚀试验机使得微动位移振幅和正常负载 进行了分析,基本参数如频率和预应力在腐蚀系数的影响下的腐蚀微动,通过金 相显微镜、检查表面斑块形态标本在不同的测试条件下,研究了接触面的操作和 破坏机制最终的结果并表明在实验的分析和结论中。73976

A new Type of Micro Corrosion Tester Platform Design and Build
Abstract Micro corrosion occurs between two contact surface under the condition of small movement。 Micro corrosion can not only produce friction and wear between the contact surface, but also will accelerate the production of crack propagation, eventually making the fatigue life of components is reduced greatly。 At present, micro corrosion damage in the field of industrial, it is very common。 Therefore, study of micro corrosion study, industrial equipment for prevention and control of micro damage will have important guiding significance, and there will be widely used in various fields in the future and involved。 This article mainly introduces the basic concept of fretting corrosion study and micro damage in the field of engineering example, this paper summarizes the basic theory of tangential fretting, and briefly introduces and analyzes the working principle and characteristics of existing micro corrosion testing machine。 Shortcomings of existing contact corrosion and abrasion tester, this article is based on micro corrosion study basic theory, using professional computer aided 3 d design and engineering analysis software tester to have data analysis and calculation, and driven by piezoelectric ceramic power machine, has developed a new type of tangential fretting corrosion and wear testing machine。 Use of corrosion and wear test machine micro displacement amplitude and normal load is analyzed, the basic parameters such as frequency and under the influence of the friction coefficient of prestressed vice of corrosion, through metallographic microscope, check the ground plaque morphology on the surface of the specimen under different test conditions, studied the operation and failure mechanism of tangential contact。 The test results show that the experimental data and theoretical analysis results。
