摘要中频炉炉温的控制一般都是由模糊控制器、温度反馈来完成的,它的稳定性和自适应性都是十分杰出的,而且环保节能,工作效率高,正是由于它的这些优点,中频炉使用范围也很广泛。其主要通过模糊控制器来调节输入量的大小来控制输入电压和输入电流。根据本课题的设计要求,应当将系统作为模糊控制器和中频炉系统进行两方面的研究,在进行整合作为一个整体系统。首先应对整体的结构进行确定,然后又对主电路的结构进行确定,最后是各个元器件进行确定和设计。与此同时,还应该对中频炉各参数进行计算。因为是基于模糊控制器的控制,所以要对模糊控制器进行明确的分析。传统的模糊控制器设计方法已经过时,这里采用模糊控制和单片机相结合的方法,设计操作简单容易实现。所有部分都设计完成之后还有一个重要的仿真环节,确定各环节的传递函数之后,利用 对系统进行仿真,分析数据,完成设计。75052

Abstract Intermediate frequency furnace temperature control are generally done by fuzzy controller, the temperature feedback, its stability and adaptability are very prominent, and environmental protection and energy saving, high efficiency, it is because of these advantages, it using medium frequency furnace is also very extensive。Its main through fuzzy controller to adjust the size of the input to control the input voltage and input current。Shall, according to the design requirements of the subject system as two aspects of fuzzy controller and intermediate frequency furnace system research, integrated as a whole system。To determine the overall structure of first, then to determine the structure of main circuit, the last is to identify and design various components。At the same time, should also be calculated the parameters of intermediate frequency furnace。Because it is based on the fuzzy controller's control, so fuzzy controller to be specific analysis。Traditional fuzzy controller design method have been out of date, adopt the method of combining fuzzy control and single chip microcomputer, the design operation simple easy to implement。All part of the design is completed and an important link of simulation, determine the transfer function of each link, after system to make use of the Matlab simulation and analysis of data, to complete the design。
