摘要电梯轿厢的振动是反映电梯安全性、乘坐舒适性的重要性能指标主要研究了电 梯轿厢振动检测的原理与装置设计。论文在分析电梯振动检测装置功能需求的基础上,提出了以 LPC1754 微处理器为核 心、ADXL345 加速度计为传感器的振动检测系统总体设计方案。基于上述总体方法,完成 了硬件总体方案设计、硬件器件选型、原理图和 PCB 设计、软件总体方案设计、主流程及 中断子程序流程图设计等工作。最后利用开发板对振动检测系统的部分功能进行了模拟 测试,结果表明本文所给的方案是可行的。75314

Title Schemes and principles design of monitoring device for elevator car vibration
Abstract The vibration of elevator car is an important performance index reflecting the safety and comfort of the elevator。 The principle and design of the elevator car vibration detection is mainly studied in this paper。
Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the elevator vibration detection device, an overall design scheme of the vibration detection system is put forward based on the LPC1754 microprocessor as the core and the ADXL345 accelerometer as the sensor。 According to the above method, the overall hardware design, selections of hardware device, schematic and PCB designs, software design, main stream and interrupt subroutine flow charts are completed。 Finally, a simulation test is made on the part of the function of the vibration detection system using a development board。 The results show that the proposed scheme is feasible。
