摘要:烟草的自然醇化效果好坏取决于对温湿度环境的精准调控检测,为此,众多卷烟企业非常重视和关注为烟草存放提供适宜的条件。由于仓库环境的制约,检测不能大量走线,又要保证足够高的检测效率,针对这些特点,基于有线的烟草仓库环境监测系统的传感器安装不灵活的问题,设计了一套基于ZigBee技术的无限传感器网络检测烟草仓库温湿度方案。系统采用了ZigBee技术,结合CC2530模块,通过各类监测节点对仓库环境信息进行采集, 然后通过GPRS无线网络远程传输数据到机房服务器,实现了机房服务器对仓库环境的实时、远程和有效的监测,实现了传感器灵活布置的灵活,大大提高了仓库温湿度参数的实时监测能力,提供了一种全新的检测途径,为生产技术的进步做出了很大贡献。75896

Abstract: The nature of tobacco alcoholize detection effect is good or bad depends on the accuracy of the temperature and humidity environment regulation, therefore, many cigarette enterprise attaches great importance to and pay attention to provide suitable conditions for tobacco storage。 Due to warehouse environment restriction, tests are not a lot of walk the line, and to ensure the enough high detection efficiency, according to the characteristics of the tobacco warehouse environment monitoring system based on the cable of the sensor is not the problem of flexible installation, design a set of infinite sensor network based on ZigBee technology to detect tobacco warehouse temperature and humidity。 System uses the ZigBee technology, combined with CC2530 module, through all kinds of monitoring nodes of warehouse environment information collection, then the remote transmission through GPRS wireless network data to the computer room server has realized the computer server, remote real-time the warehouse environ。
