摘 要: 煤矿井下排水设备对保证矿井正常生产起着非常重要的作用。传统方法控制线路复杂,设备运行的可靠性低,工人劳动强度大,不适应煤炭发展的需要。本文设计的排水系统采用PLC控制与PC监视相结合的方式,采用西门子的S7-300系列PLC,并结合各种传感器,完成系统设计中要实现的控制功能。有自动、半自动和手动三种操作方式可供选择。为了防止工作水泵及管路磨损过于严重、备用泵及其电气设备或备用管路长期不用而导致电机和电气设备受潮或有其他故障不能及时发现,本系统采用水泵及管路的“自动轮换”工作机制,以提高工作效率。又根据“避峰就谷”的原则确定开启水泵台数,以达到节省用电的目的。79061
