摘要本文对车灯内部的传热关系进行了分析并对车灯内部温度场进行了有限体积分析。 建立了车灯的模型并进行了网格的划分,考虑了车灯内部各个部件之间的换热关系与环 境温度,以及太阳辐射对于车灯温度场的影响,建立了车灯内部温度场及流场的计算模 型。发现车灯内部的温度场分布基本上呈中间高边缘低的态势。并计算了不同灯丝功率 与不同环境状况下的配光镜温度分布状况,得出了外界环境对配光镜内表面上温度分布 影响极小的结论。同时计算了车灯内部涂料和配光镜材料对温度场的影响。最后进行了 简单的外场实验,验证了数值模拟方法计算出的温度分布的正确性。 79978
本论文得出了选用热导率较高的材料可以有效的改善的车灯配光镜内表面上局部高 温情况的结论,并且由于配光镜上温度较高在车灯制造时的材料选择上要选用耐热材料。

Title Temperature Field Simulation and Test Research of the Vehicle Lamp
Abstract In this paper, the heat transfer relation of the lamp is analyzed and the temperature field of the vehicle is analyzed by the finite element method。 The model of the vehicle lamp is built and the mesh is pided。 Considering the relationship between the heat transfer and the temperature and the temperature field of the solar radiation, the calculation model of temperature field and flow field in the vehicle is established。 Found that the temperature field distribution in the light of the car is that the temperature in middle part is higher than that in edge。 The temperature distribution of lens is calculated in different situation, which depends on different environment conditions and different filament power, The external environment can influence the temperature distribution of inner lens surface little。 At the same time, the influence of the internal coating and the light distribution mirror material on the temperature field was calculated。 It was found that the material with high thermal conductivity was found to be effective in changing the local high temperature on the surface of the mirror。 Meanwhile a simple experiment was carried out to verify the correctness of the temperature distribution calculated by the numerical simulation method。
Finally comes to the conclusion that the selection of materials with high thermal conductivity can effectively improve the lamp light distribution mirror surface on the local high temperature of conclusion, and because the temperature is high with light microscope in the lamp manufacturing material selection to choose heat resistant materials。
