本次设计我们需要分设计硬件电路,编写软件程序,对实物进行焊接这三个步骤进行。在硬件电路设计方面,经过与老师的讨论淘汰了初期准备选择的arduino选择了STC系列的51单片机,使用电阻式应变片传感器进行数据的收集,由于应变片传感器产生的模拟量很小采用了 HX711模块内置的低噪声可编程放大器对其进行放大。在利用 HX711进行AD转换。利用单片机进行数字信号的处理在进行显示。利用该原理我们可以制作出一个符合本次课程设计要求的智能测重仪。
