摘要近年来,伴随着计算机技术的快速发展和网络化进程的大幅度提高,尤其是图像采集和信息技术的提高,视频监控得到迅速发展并广泛应用于水上船舶的各个领域,使我国水运事业取得了长足的进步,为我国物质生产的增进供给了重要的支撑和保障。若是出现紧急态势,视频监视体系能够精确地在第一时间向守卫职员提出警示。如此一来,既能够有成效地使重大安防事件不再形成,又能够最大限度地压低派送大批监控者所必要的钱财损耗。与此同时,传统的视频监控也存在许多制约因素。82350
本文针对监视体系里关键的动态目标检测和动态目标追踪的两个构成方面,探索剖析视图预处置手段和动态目标追踪的体系,系统地研究了经典的混合高斯模块、W4运算机制、以标准粒子滤波为基础的视觉追踪运算机制和以多特征自适应融合为基础的MS跟踪运算机制,归纳了它们的实现过程与各自的优缺点对比。从软硬件两个角度对体系的功能逐步地设计和实现。在硬件方面,采用PC机搭建体系硬件,实现视图的捕捉、输入、保存、加工和显示。在软件实现方面,以 Visual Studio 2012作为开发平台,利用 Visual Basic编程语言,实现一种视频监控界面的编写,通过监控探头成功地获取试验场所的视频信息及敏感图像。

Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology and network process, video surveillance has got rapid growth and been widely used in various fields of ships as well as the improvement of the image acquisition of computer technology。 Shipping business has made great progress in our country。 And it provides an important and guarantee for the growth of the national economy。 Once an abnormal condition, video surveillance system can raise the alarm to security workers timely and accurately。 Thus, it cannot only prevent serious safety accidents effectively, but also reduce the capital investment in order to hire a large number of monitoring personnel furthest。 At the same time, there are also many restricting factors in traditional video monitoring。
Aiming at two key components of the intelligent monitoring, which are moving target detection and moving target tracking, analyzing existing image preconditioning methods and the moving target tracking algorithms system。 It studies typical Mixtures of Gaussian、W4 arithmetic 、Visual tracking algorithm based on the standard particle filter and MS tracking algorithm based on multiple features adaptive fusions systematically。 In addition, it sums up their implementation process and their respective advantages and disadvantages。 To design system function from two aspects of hardware and software。 For the hardware part, a PC is utilized to capture,input, store, process and display the digital video images。 For the software part,using Visual Studio 2012 operating system platform, where the algorithm is achieved with Visual Basic programming language。 And it completes the compiling of a video monitoring interface, obtains the video information and sensitive image from trial site by monitoring probes successfully。
