摘要保温板材作为重要的工业原材料,广泛应用于工程建设行业,在工业生产领域有 极其重要的战略意义。随着科技的不断进步,保温板材的生产正在逐渐向半自动以及 全自动化方向迈进。本课题在了解掌握保温板材生产线的基础上,重点研究了生产工 艺中的码垛环节。本文主要通过阐述码垛机系统的组成与工作原理,设计硬件连接、 软件程序以及进行结果调试等几个方面,对保温板材生产工艺做出深入了解,对保温 复合板的码垛机控制系统的实现方法进行进一步研究。具体研究内容如下:83773
(1)研究码垛机控制系统的组成与工作原理,设计出一个基于 PLC 的可以实现 保温材料手动或自动堆垛的码垛机控制系统;
(2)根据控制对象的要求和生产工艺的需要,选择合适的硬件设备,并详细阐 述各硬件的工作原理以及安装调试方法,对硬件连接方法以电气原理图的形式加以呈 现;
(3)根据软件系统工作原理确定控制对象的输入与输出信号,选择开发环境, 并以流程图的形式对控制系统的软件结构进行分析,编写出相应的 PLC 控制程序;
(4)对所设计的系统进行调试,阐述调试步骤与原理,并对调试结果进行分析, 指出进一步的发展方向。

Abstract As an important industrial raw material, insulation board is widely used in the construction industry and has a very important strategic significance in the field of industrial production。 With technology advancing, the production process of insulation board is gradually moving towards direction of semi- automatic and fully automatic。 On the basis of understanding the production line of insulation plate, this topic focuses on stacking link。 This paper mainly makes deep understanding on the insulation board production through introducing the composition and working principle of stacker system, designing and debugging the hardware connection and software programs, and so on, and makes further study on the realization method of stacker control system for insulation board。 Specific contents are as follows:
(1)Study on the composition and working principle of the stacker control system, and design a PLC-based stacker control system which can stack insulation materials manually or automatically;
(2)According to the requirements of control objects and production needs, choose the right hardware and detail working principle and installation method of all the hardware。 Present connection method for hardware in the form of electrical schematic diagram;
(3)Determine the input and output signal of control object according to the working principle of software system。 Select a development environment, and analyze software architecture for control systems in the form of flow charts, and write a PLC control program;
(4)Debug the system, elaborate the debugging steps and principles。 Analyze the results and point the direction of further development。
