本设计将传送带作为主控对象,在分析传送带的传输特点以及可能出现故障 的基础上,采用基于PLC的控制系统构建传送带检测控制平台,确保了传送带实 现安全远距离传输的可行性和安全性。
本课题是基于PLC的传输检测系统设计,分析且总结了在整个传输过程中传 送带的特点。通过选用合适的传感器来完成检测是否有物料、判断物料的颜色、 检测物料传输是否到位、检测传输过程是否发生故障等工作。该系统的设计包括 硬件部分和软件部分,并且具有采集、转换实时数据和报警的功能。采用模块化、 结构化的设计方法,对每一个功能进行相对独立的设计,以便系统的维护和扩展 功能。
