摘要:本文详细介绍了散热板风扇后壳的注塑模具的设计过程,设计过程包括散热板风 扇后壳的设计与建模、散热板风扇后壳注塑件的工艺分析、模具的结构设计、分型面 的选定、模具相关零部件的设计、浇注系统的设计、由瓣模组成的型腔的设计、注塑模具冷却系统的设计、散热板风扇后壳注塑模具的工程图和模具总装配图的绘制等。 综合散热板风扇后壳制件的结构特点,该模具设计选用点浇口,利用顶杆脱模,模具 整体采用三板式结构,先把凝料和塑件分离,再进行下一步分型分型,有益于点浇口 的自动脱模。并且因为散热板风扇后壳的四周有凹槽,所以采用的瓣模组成的型腔。 设计完成后还进行模流分析,还有对注射机的各项参数进行校核,校核的目的是为了 保证注射机与模具之间能更好的相互配合工作。

在本次毕业设计的制作过程中可以综合应用到以前学习的专业知识,其中还多次 使用到 AUTOCAD、PRO/ENGINEER、MOLDFLOW 等设计软件,这不仅简化了设 计过程,还提高了设计精度和效率。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design process of the injection mold of the rear panel of the heat radiator fan board. The design process includes the design and modeling of the rear panel of the heat dissipation plate fan, the process analysis of the mold part of the heat dissipation plate fan, the structural design of the mold, The design of the mold parts, the design of the mold parts, the design of the pouring system, the design of the cavity made up of the valve mold, the design of the injection mold cooling system, the drawing of the injection mold of the heat sink fan rear shell And the drawing of the mold assembly drawing.
