摘  要：对于一名大学生，在学校居住的宿舍既是学习知识的的地方，更像是学生们的第二个温暖的家。《中华人民共和国教育法》、《中华人民共和国高等教育法》、《普通高等学校学生管理规定》及相关法律法规授权高等学校具有相应自主管理权，在学生宿舍管理等各方面指定规章制度。对于高校学生宿舍的管理规章制度的制定、内容与适用方面，均存在许多法律问题，例如高校的管理规章制度内容的合法性、高校适用规章制度的程序正当性，适用规章制度与高校学生隐私权等相关合法权利的冲突等值得研究的法律问题。94247

Abstract:The ability of government has played an important role in national or regional competitiveness。For a college student, living in school dormitory is learning knowledge, more like the students of the second warm home。

The education law of the People's Republic of China, the higher education law of the People's Republic of China, the common colleges and universities student management rules and related laws and regulations authorized institutions of higher learning have appropriate independent management, rules and regulations specified in the student dormitory management and so on various aspects。

For college students' dormitory management rules and regulations formulation, content and applicable aspects, there are many legal problems, such as colleges and universities the legitimacy of the content of the management rules and regulations, the applicable rules of procedure legitimacy in colleges and universities, applicable rules and regulations conflict with the legal rights of university students' right of privacy and other related legal problems worthy of studying。
