Analysis of food safety supervision system of our country.
Abstract：In recent years, food safety problems emerge in endlessly, in these problems, infant milk powder incident is particularly noteworthy, because the baby is the hope of every family, is the future of our country, but Fuyang's "big head baby" incident of Sanlu "melamine" event of the show, for each family brought a nightmare. Think and reason, was mainly due to the imperfections of China's food safety regulatory system which, at the same time, also sounded the alarm to China's dairy industry. Therefore, in the face of "infant milk powder incident", the food safety regulatory system problems have to be perfect, while strengthening the government supervision, guarantee the vigorous development of China's food security.

我国食品安全监管体制的分析
前言
2009年2月28日全国人大常委会通过《食品安全法》，2009年6月1日正式实施，表明我国中央对人民健康的高度重视，同时显现出我国“关注民生，以人为本”的立法理念。近年来，随着新闻媒体对“婴幼儿问题奶粉事件”的高度曝光，食品安全问题也在经过“2006年苏丹红鸭蛋”、“2010年‘地沟油’事件”、“ 2011年‘瘦肉精’事件”、“ 2012年的老酸奶‘工业明胶’事件”、“2014年肯德基、真功夫被曝冰块菌落超标，脏过马桶水”事件之后再度引起了社会的高度关注。虽然我国已将保护食品安全作为一项重要工作，采取一系列的措施，但是我国由于长久以来的食品供应体系建立起来的弊制，使得我国食品安全监管面临巨大挑战。
一、食品安全监管概述
（一）食品安全监管的概念
食品安全监管可以从广义和狭义两个方面来讲。狭义的食品安全监管是指监管部门对食品安全进行监督与管理；广义上则比狭义多了一个第三方的监督，包括社会舆论的监督和行业自律的监督。
我国法律更注重狭义的食品安全监管。我国的食品安全监管是指国家在行使监管职能时，需要对食品的生产、加工、销售等环节进行的一系列的监督与管理的制度。
