摘要本设计为鲜肉冷库制冷系统的工程设计，本建筑包括两个冷冻间、三个冻结物冷藏间。首先确定各冷间的负荷，并根据计算冷间的机械负荷，选择合适的压缩机，确定合理的、可靠的制冷系统；根据设备负荷选择各个冷间的蒸发设备；根据所选的压缩机，进行其它辅助设备的选择。结合建筑结构特点和使用功能，通过制冷设计的比较，和冷负荷计算的基础上，选择了双级压缩制冷系统，根据制冷系统方案的设计，进行辅助设备的选型。其次本设计还对机房及库房设备布置进行了介绍，管路的布置及走向，管材、管径等。最后对制冷系统当中存在的试压检漏、及管路的保温措施做了简单说明。84886

Abstract The design for the meat cold storage refrigeration engineering, this building includes between two frozen, freeze between the three was refrigerated。 First determined the each cold room load, and according to calculates cold room the mechanical load, chooses the appropriate compressor, determines reasonably, the reliable refrigeration system: Chooses each cold room evaporating unit according to the machine utilization; According to compressor which elects, carries on other supporting facility's choice。 Combined with structural characteristics and use of functions, by comparison program, based on the cooling load calculation, select the two-stage compression refrigeration system, the refrigeration system according to the design plan, carry out the selection of auxiliary equipment。 Secondly, this design introduces the room and warehouse equipment layout, piping layout and direction, pipes, pipe diameter and the like。 Finally, the cooling system pressure test, leak testing, and pipe insulation problem to do a simple explanation。
