摘要本工程为装配车间不等跨轻型门式刚架厂房,根据设计要求该厂房采用双跨四坡轻型门式刚架体系,总跨度为42m,其中第一跨为24m,第二跨为18m,总长度为72m,设计总高度为11。1m。厂房外观设计简洁,通风采光性能良好,在功能上能很好地满足生产需要。87368
论文主要由三大部分构成,包括建筑设计、结构设计以及构件设计。其中建筑设计部分主要对厂房的平面布局、建筑选材等进行了设计,力求简单、实用,在满足生产需求的前提下使厂房更美观。结构设计部分主要包括荷载取值、内力计算、内力组合几个部分,主要依据《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》等国家规范、规程,同时综合考虑厂房的规模和用途,确定结构体系,布置结构构件,并利用PKPM软件进行内力分析,确定构件的截面尺寸。构件设计部分主要对梁柱构件、连接节点、吊车梁、檩条、基础等各构件的强度和稳定性进行了验算,并确定最优选型方案。
本设计在最后利用CAD软件绘制出了厂房建筑平面图、立面图、剖面图,并根据结构计算结果绘制了结构施工图,以及各构件施工详图。 毕业论文 关键词:门式刚架;建筑设计;结构设计;构件设计
Abstract The structure of this project is the portal frame。 According to the design requirements, the structure of the plant is the portal frame with two spans and four slopes。The width of this plant is 42m,and the first span is 24m , second cross is 18m。The length of the plant is 72m, the height is 11m。In the whole design, the appearance of the plant looks very simple。 Workshop can make the air a good circulation, at the same time,it can make the sun light into the plant conveniently。These advantages can ensure that workers in the plant can be very good to complete the work。
This thesis consists of three parts including architectural design, structural design and component design。The building plane design is mainly about the plane layout of the plant, building materials, etc。。The whole design hopes to be more simple, more practical, in the premise of meeting the production needs to make the plant more beautiful。 The structure design part mainly includes the load value, the internal force calculation, the internal force combination。This part of the design is mainly based on the "Technical Specification for Steel Structure of Portal Frame Light House" and other national norms and rules,at the same time considering the size and use of plant。 Through the above content to determine the structure of the type of structural members,useing PKPM software for internal force analysis to determine the section size of the component。The component design part is mainly on the beams and columns, joints, crane beam, purlin, foundation and various components。 Including how to calculate their strength and stability, and determine the most preferred type of program。
The design draws drawing of plant construction plan, elevation, section with CAD software in the final, at the same time the drawing of the structure construction, each component size details according to the structure calculation results are completed。
