摘　要：本篇设计是依据淮安市金鼎华府16号楼主体结构的施工图纸，按照施工图工程造价编制的程序，遵循工程量计算规则，以江苏省2014定额为编制依据，从而编制出来的工程造价书。在整个项目的主体结构工程造价编制的过程中，各项工程都是严格地遵循着定额中的工程量的计算的规则，最后按照对应的定额套用生成清单直接价格。在此同时，本人还通过查阅大量相关书籍来完成此次设计。在最后对该设计结果也进行了分类汇总和具体情况的分析，结尾处还写上了个人在这次毕业设计制作过程中的心里体会和学习到的新知识从而形成了此篇设计说明书。工程造价中的主体结构计算工程量的编制是这次设计的重点，由于个人的经验不足，在工程量细节处理上，和在后面计算清单直接价格套用定额的问题上还存在着很多缺陷。91217
