    2 Design standard

    The building is located in Shanghai,.There are five floors with a total height of 18.3 meters, a total construction area of 4192.4 square meters.There is a layer of staff canteen on the first floor, the height of it is 3.9 meters. The second floor and above is mainly used for office, the height of them are 3.6 meters. This design is mainly for air conditioning system design for the office.

    3 Design basic 

    3.1 Design task request and the original information 

    According to the Building features, purpose and requirements of the construction unit of Haixing office Building for specific types of hotel design are as follows:

    (1) load calculation (mainly carried out gradually when the cooling load) 

    (2) according to the consequences and choose the right fan coil equipment 

    (3) design AC wind system

    (4) design AC water system 

    (5) computation of water conservancy 

    3.2 References

    4 Air conditioning wind system

    I use the fan coil system on the first floor(semi central air conditioning system) ,from the second floor to the fifth floor ,i use the all-air system (centralized air conditioning) .Because the middle part of the building is large ,the all-air system can support enough air volume and run safely .And it is easy to repair and manage which can produce a good working environment for the officer .

    5 Air conditioning water system

    The main tube in the water system is different path tube ,it stands that the water direction of supply pipes and return pipes is different ,and the length of the pipe is all different .The length of the pipe is short and simple .The other air conditioning tube is same path tube ,it stands that the water direction of supply pipes and return pipes is same ,and every tube’s length is same .if we use this kind of system ,it will be easy to manage.
