设计总说明书盐城市境内陈沭一级公路地属温带季风气候,四季分明,年平均气温在13.6-14.7℃之间。年无霜期共240天左右,且年平均降水量约940毫米,年平均日照时数2130-2430小时,气候及土壤条件较好。最高气温多出现在7月中旬至8月上旬,而最低气温多出现在12月下旬至2月中旬。该地区地势平缓属于平原微丘地带。61752

本次设计是设计位于盐城市境内的一条高速公路,建成后可以缓解交通状况,开发区域经济并促进小型厂企的投产扩产。因此,为促进经济的发展增加周边城市的贸易往来,有必要在该地区修建一条高等级的公路。

    在定线时选择了三条路线,由于设计范围的地势较为不平整,我选择了较为平坦的路线,综合考虑转角度数、转折点个数、是否利于施工和经济效益等因素,通过比较定出了较合适的路线。

    在拟定的方案中,公路总长设计为4003.31米,根据地形等条件初步设为高速公路,行车速度为120km/h,年增长率5.3%。路线平面设有1个转角,1段圆曲线段,圆曲线半径为1100米,缓和曲线长度为150米。竖曲线包括5段竖曲线,采用“平包竖”原则,综合考虑平面、纵断面、横断面三个方面制定坡度线,再对照横断面确定纵坡值和竖曲线半径来计算设计标高,完成纵断面图。横断面的设计需要结合地形、根据交通量行车速度等条件进行道路布置,以确定路面横断面尺寸,同时对各桩的横断面进行加宽、超高设计,以满足行车的安全性和舒适度要求。

    路基设计着重考虑路基的设计、挡土墙的设计和采用圆弧法对路基边坡稳定性进行验算。对于有些地区的地势不平,且填土高度超高,则需要考虑采用挡土墙。路面设计包括沥青路面设计和混凝土路面设计,通过换算标准轴载和累计当量轴次,来拟定各层材料厚度。

The total design specification

   The ChenShu highway in Yancheng is temperate monsoon climate, which has four distinct seasons.And the annual average temperature is between 13.6-14.7 ℃. The frost free period of ChenShu highway often has 240 days. The average of annual precipitation is about 940 mm,and the average of annual sunshine hours is about 2130-2430 hours. The requirement of climate and soil is very good. The lowest temperature appeared in late December to mid February, the highest temperature appeared in mid July to early August.The area belongs to the plain and hilly area of flat terrain.

 The design is a highway which located in the territory of Yancheng City , after the completion of the traffic situation can ease the development of regional economy and promote the production of small factories and enterprises to expand production. Therefore, in order to promote economic development and increase the trade between neighboring cities, it is necessary to build a high grade highway in the area.

The design has the choice of the three routes, due to the design scope of the terrain is  relatively flat, I choose the relatively flat line, considering the rotation degree, number of turning points, whether it is conducive to the construction and economic benefits and other factors, by comparing with the appropriate route.

In the proposed scheme, the total length of the highway design is 4003.31 meters, according to the terrain and other conditions are initially set to the highway, traffic speed of 120km/h, annual growth rate of 5.3%.
