Super-tall building itself has a lot of natural features, larger influence on architectural design: (1) load calculation aspect: as the building height increases, the atmospheric transparency, also increase the intensity of solar radiation, increasing outdoor wind speed as the building height, palisade structure surface exothermic coefficient increase;(2) with the increase of building height, air conditioning water system equipment and pipe pressure for higher, cascade plate in way of the hot and cold water must be sent to the top;(3) the performance-based design aspects: as the building height, evacuation difficulties caused by the increase in the number, high requirements for smoke control measures, and the building itself caused by hot pressing chimney effect is bigger, ventilating and air conditioning, ventilation and smoke exhaust effect to have an impact.
