摘  要：本工程为江苏浩华房地产发展有限公司泗阳世纪广场8#住宅楼工程，所在地为江苏省宿迁市泗阳县。本工程为剪力墙结构，建筑层数为地上18层，地下一层，建筑总面积为8406.73㎡，建筑主体高度为54.5米。设计过程使用了广联达算量、新点计价软件，结合学习的知识，手算与软件图形算量相结合，独立完成资料的收集整理，工程量的计算以及清单定额的套项，力求做到完整不缺项，通过定额与清单模式的编制、成果对比，掌握投标报价的基本流程。此次毕业设计提高了我应用专业知识解决实际问题的能力，对以后的工作学习都有着至关重要的作用。62883

Abstract:This project is the Jiangsu Hao Hua Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. Siyang Century Plaza 8# residential building, located in Siyang County, Suqian City, Jiangsu province. This works for the shear wall structure, building layers 18 layers on the ground, the underground layer, a total construction area of 8406.73 square meters, the main building height of 54.5 meters.     本人对工程造价这个课题很有研究的兴趣，并且在建筑公司实习，能接触到丰富的相关资料、数据等，所以选择这个研究课题进行毕业设计。
