Abstract: Real estate project feasibility study is prior to the construction of the real estate enterprise investment decision-making phase of an important job, it is both complex and system, using the scientific method to the necessity, feasibility and the rationality of the proposed project technical argumentation, as is the guarantee of real estate construction project to get the best economic benefit of the scientific method, the real estate project feasibility research of real estate enterprise has important practical significance, is the necessary steps and scientific decision-making method.

1.1  选题依据

本人对房地产项目可行性研究这个课题比较感兴趣，而且由于实习工作，能接触到很多的相关资料、数据等，所以选择这个研究课题进行毕业设计。

房地产项目可行性研究是房地产开发前很重要的一个环节，它既复杂又系统，是在房地产开发项目投资决策前，对项目进行全面的技术经济分析、论证，综合研究开发项目的建设必要性、经济合理性、技术可行性，以确定项目是否可行，为投资决策提供依据。房地产开发是较复杂的综合性行业，所以在作出房地产项目决策之前，对该项目进行可行性研究分析是十分重要的。
