摘要常熟港位于江苏省东南部,地处长江三角洲、长江下游南岸,距上海100公里、苏州38公里、无锡46公里,北濒长江与南通隔江而望。国务院批准常熟港为国家一类开放口岸,经过十几年的发展,常熟港从一个不出名的内河小港,发展成为上海国际航运中心北翼举足轻重的现代化中型港口,成为全国十大内河港口之一。为了进一步推动常熟港开放,加速其经济发展,使常熟经济进入“大港时代”,将在常熟建立2万吨级高桩式散货码头。79869
本次毕业设计主要有以下几个方面:首先根据工程所在地的气象水文地质等资料,确定码头总平面布置方案,之后确定码头的结构形式和码头的主要尺寸。查阅相关的规范进行码头结构的设计与验算,内容主要包括:码头荷载计算,面板的设计,纵梁的设计,轨道梁的设计,横向排的架设计和靠船构件的设计,期间使用了结构力学求解器,易工软件两种工具进行辅助计算。最后,使用cad软件进行绘制码头三视图,横纵梁配筋图,码头布置图,靠船构件图等。
