摘要 :随着信息时代的到来,三维建模技术得到了充分的发展,同时工程 建设行业越来越注重效率、安全、和环保,信息化建筑模型就此应运而生,换 言之 BIM 技术越来越被大众所关注。美国是 BIM 技术的起源地,随着多年的 补充和完善,BIM 技术展现出来巨大的优势和价值。主要表现在构件信息化、 可视化、可修改性强、自动统计工程量、协调性、和建筑全生命周期的管控。 目前我国的情况是 BIM 技术在设计单位、施工单位和 BIM 咨询公司应用,这 些公司的特点是大型化,具有较丰富的 BIM 应用经验。现在国家、一些地方和 一些企业都出台了相关规范,这为 BIM 技术的推广起到了决定性的作用。 本 文重点是以信息化建筑模型为基础,采纳理论知识和实际工程案例相结合的方 法,充分体现 BIM 技术在施工企业应用的优势和价值。还有本文以上海广育小 学教学楼为背景,使用鲁班钢筋、鲁班土建、鲁班安装进行建模,通多模型进 行施工方面应用。最后,还可以在三维模型基础上加上时间进度进行 4D 模拟 和加上时间造价进行 5D 施工模拟。本文展现的 BIM 技术在施工方面的应用将 使你耳目一新,同时也可看出 BIM 技术将引领建筑行业进入一个新时代。71995
