摘要该楼为办公类建筑,地处上海市,地下2层,地上8层。主要房间为办公室、活动室,会议室。总建筑面积约25650平方米,建筑高度为33米。本次设计为大楼的舒适性空调设计,总冷负荷为1130KW。72189
设计采用风机盘管加独立新风系统,新风从室外引入,处理到室内空气焓值,与经风机盘管处理后的回风混合后送入室内。新风机组仅承担新风冷负荷与部分新风湿负荷,而风机盘管承担室内全部冷负荷及部分新风湿负荷。对于冷热源的选择,设置两台开利30XW0552螺杆式冷水机组,单台制冷量为547KW。水系统采用两管制和同程式,冷冻水、冷却水供应分别采用三台水泵,两用一备。本次设计内容包括负荷计算、冷热源设计、空调系统设计、风管系统设计、水系统设计、防排烟系统设计以及降噪保温等。

Design of the central air-conditioning system in the lower part of KeJing complex building
the office building is located in Shanghai,2 floor underground and 8 floor on the ground。Most rooms are used for office,activity and conference。The total floor area is about 10 square meters,the building height is 33 meters。This design is building’s comfort air-conditioning project,the total cooling-load is 1130KW。
The design adopts the primary air fan-coil system,the outdoor air can be introduced to indoor from outside, it be processed to the enthalpy value of indoor air, mixed with return air that be processed by fan coil。 the flesh air handing unit only undertakes the cooling load of outdoor air and the partial moisture load of outdoor air, but the fan-coil unit undertakes the complete cooling load of indoor and the partial moisture of outdoor air。 For the choice of cold and heat sources, set two Carrier 30XW0552 screw type water chiller system, the single refrigerating capacity is 547KW。 Water system with two control and program, chilled water, cooling water supply respectively with three pumps, dual-use equipment。 This design includes load calculation, cold and heat source design, system design, system design of air duct, water system design, Smoke control system design, noise reduction, heat preservation, etc。
