摘要本设计为拟建的中森建筑设计院办公楼,主要考虑建筑的主体部分,走廊处基础 为双柱联合基础,其余为独立基础。楼梯为梁式楼梯,主楼梯开间为 3。9 米,次楼梯开间为 3 米,进深均为 6。6 米。 该计算书共分为三大部分:第一部分是关于建筑方案的设计,主要是根据任务书上的要求,结合实际来确定合理的柱网尺寸及各房间的用途,并且据此确定各房间的 工程做法。79118
第二部分是关于结构方案的设计,从建筑主体结构中选取一榀典型的框架来进行 设计和计算。首先确定建筑主体承受的荷载,包括恒、活荷载及屋(楼)面荷载,从 而确立重力荷载代表值,在此基础上进行地震作用下横向框架内力计算,得出最大弹 性位移角和内力图;然后进行竖向荷载下的内力计算(采用弯矩分配法);内力组合; 内力调幅;梁、柱、板等构件的配筋计算。
第三部分是进行电算,并与手算结果进行比较,分析二者差异原因。 通过这次的毕业设计,我对结构师、土木专业知识及规范有了更深刻的理解和认
识。

The calculation sheet includes three parts。The first part is the architectural design, Mainly is according to the task book requirements, combined with the actual to determine reasonable the column size and the room uses, and thus to determine the room engineering practices。
The second part is about the structure design scheme, select a typical framework from the main structure of the building to carry out the design and calculation。 Firstly, determining the load to bear the main building, including dead and live load and roof (floor) surface load, so as to establish the representative value of gravity load, on the basis of this were horizontal frame internal force computing , obtains the maximum elastic displacement and internal force diagram; however after were under vertical loads, the internal force calculation by using the method of moment distribution; combination of internal forces; internal force redistribution, beams, columns, plates and the like member reinforcement calculation。
The third part is the comparative analysis of the results of the calculation and hand count
Through this graduation project, I have a more profound understanding and understanding of the structure pision, civil professional knowledge and norms。
