摘要：本次毕业设计主要采用BIM技术，完成七号办公楼建模及工程量清单的报表输出。主要通过了解工程概况、认识建筑施工图和结构施工图、建立与图纸相对应的BIM三维模型，使用广联达BIM土建算量软件GCL和广联达计价软件GBQ完成七号办公楼的造价计算。本文的第一部分为设计内容及要求。第二部分阐述了七号办公楼的工程概况。第三部分给出了绘制七号办公楼模型所需的各个软件的流程介绍。第四部分则是对操作过程中遇到的问题进行分析以及对软件相关改进的建议。第五部分为针对毕业设计的整体内容做一个专题总结。79770
