摘要:工程造价行业信息化发展见证了从手工绘图计算,到计算机二维辅助计算,到计算机三维建模计算,从采用定额模式到清单模式的发展历程。随着工程造价行业逐步进入全过程精细化管理的阶段,BIM技术的应用使工程造价管理得到不断的发展,促进了工程造价管理发展的进程。81216
本次毕业设计主要应用BIM技术,完成二号办公楼的建模及工程量清单输出。主要通过了解工程信息、识别建筑施工图以及结构施工图、建立与图纸相对应的BIM三维模型、基于模型算量,全面了解完成二号办公楼项目。而本文主要介绍了工程造价的现状及发展趋势,通过本次使用操作BIM,对BIM技术的基本概念及其特征进行分析,并针对当前工程造价行业的现状,论述BIM技术的引入对工程造价的影响。

Abstract:The development of information technology in the construction cost industry has witnessed the development from the manual drawing calculation to the computer aided calculation, to the computer 3D modeling and calculation, from the fixed mode to the list mode。 With the project cost industry gradually goes into the whole process of meticulous management stage, the application of BIM technology to the project cost management has been the development of the project cost management to promote the development process。
This graduation project mainly uses the BIM technology to complete the number two office building model and the output of the engineering quantity list。 Mainly through the understanding of engineering information, identification of construction drawings , the establishment of the corresponding drawings and three-dimensional model of BIM, based on the calculation of the model, to have a comprehensive understanding of the completion of the number two office building。This paper mainly introduces the current situation and development trend of project cost, through the operation of BIM, the basic concepts and features of BIM technology are analyzed, and according to the current situation of project cost industry, the introduction of BIM technology, discusses the impact of the project cost。
