本工程为杭州某剧院的空调工程设计,该大楼地下一层,其主要功能为设备用房、舞 台台仓等,地上四层,其主要功能为舞台、观众厅及附属用房、商业、咖啡厅等,该建筑 总面积约为 21313 平方米,建筑总高度为 34。6 米,属多层建筑。81220
因为剧院工作时间是白天,间歇性供冷/热,瞬间负荷大,峰谷值差别很大,峰值持 续时间不长,所以可以采用冰蓄冷系统和制冷机组共用的方式制冷,和电锅炉与水蓄热系 统共用的方式制热。采用蓄能技术既能起到移峰填谷的作用,还可以瞬间大负荷运行,适 应剧院的需要。
末端采用了新风机组加风机盘管、一次回风、二次回风、座椅送风等系统。

Title The air-conditian engineering design of a theatre in Hangzhou
Abstract This report aims to thoroughly analyse the air-condition engineering design of a theatre in Hangzhou and an embedded introduction of essential functions of this project。 The theatre contains five storeys: four of storeys which up from the ground contains stage, auditorium, auxiliary rooms, stores and coffees, etc; the base floor includes facility rooms, bottom room of stage。 The total area of structure is approximately 21,313 ㎡, height of this building is 34。6m, it is a multi-story building。
Thorough analysis the basically structural of this theatre, it is obviously that theatre’s operating hours is in day-time, intermittent cooling and heat addition, which result a high load at moment, lager difference between peak and valley, with a short time of duration。 Therefore, it can adopt ice storage system and refrigerating unit in common to cooling, unite both electric boiler and water heat storage system to heating。 Adopting energy storage technology can maintain the utilizations of peak and valley, and it enable to transient larger load, which is satisfied to the theatre。
The extreme use a new draught fan with fan oil, primary return air system,second return air system and seat blowing-in system。
