摘要随着现代社会的快速发展，科学技术迅猛发展，制造型企业之间的竞争日趋生产成本。车间布局对整个生产系统的物流、信息流、生产能力、生产效率、生产成本以及生产安全有很大的影响，而合理的车间布局可以减少物流搬运的时间成本与费用，从而缩短生产周期，加快生产速度和资金的流动。本文将工业工程的相关理论知识与企业的实际结合，对无锡富士通将军中央空调的车间布局进行分析和改善，从而达到减少该企业生产成本的最终目的。首先，分析国内外在制造企业在车间布局的研究现状，阐述论文的选题背景、研究的目的和意义以及研究的主要内容；其次，介绍车间设施布置的含义和原则，重点研究了SLP方法，通过采用系统布置方法对车间设施布局进行系统、科学、深入的理论研究；然后，对富士通将军中央空调生产车间的现状进行介绍，发现车间存在的不足；最后，在工艺改进的基础上，运用SLP方法对车间各作业单位进行物流因素、非物流因素分析，得出综合作业单位相互关系，绘制出作业单位相互位置图，最终得出改善后的车间平面布置图，完成车间平面布置改善的设计。86738

Analysis and improvement of the plant layout of a company's workshop

Abstract With the rapid development of modern society and the rapid development of science and technology, the competition of these manufacturing enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce。Enterprises get less and less profits。 In order to hold these enterprises in an invincible position, we must consider reducing the production cost。 Layout of the entire production system of logistics, information flow, production capacity, production efficiency, production cost and production safety has a great influence, and reasonable layout of the workshop can reduce material handling cost and time cost, so as to shorten the production cycle, accelerate production rate and capital flow。In this paper, by combining the theoretical knowledge of industrial engineering and the factor of enterprise,I will analyze and improve the layout of the plant in WUXI Fujitsu general central air-conditioning, so as to achieve the final goal of reducing the cost of production。 First of all, analyze domestic and external manufacturing enterprises in the research status and describe the main content of the background, the purpose and significance of the study; secondly, introduce the principle and meaning of workshop facilities layout, focusing on the SLP method and study the layout of the workshop systematically,scientifically and deeply through the SLP method; then, Introduce the factor the plant in WUXI Fujitsu general air-conditioning and find the disadvantages in the plant。Last,based on the improvement of the process, analyze the factor of logistics,non-logistics through the SLP method,so as to get the relation between each work unit,then,draw the picture of place of each work unit。Finally,get the improving picture of the place of work units and finish this design of the layout of the plant。
