摘要民俗文化旅游作为一项专题旅游，近几年随着旅游业的快速发展，也越来越受到旅游者的喜爱。作为有着悠久历史和文化底蕴的城市，北京的民俗文化旅游资源丰富，市场需求巨大，开发基础雄厚，在民俗文化旅游的发展方面有巨大的优势。因此，在对国内外有关民俗文化旅游相关资料整理和与民俗文化旅游相关概念分析、北京的民俗文化旅游资源进行整理和分类的基础上，分析了北京民俗文化旅游开发中优势和劣势，机遇和挑战，并据此提出了北京民俗文化旅游在饮食民俗文化旅游产品、居住民俗文化旅游产品等方面的开发的对策。86800

Research on the development of folk culture tourism in Beijing

Abstract  As a thematic tourism, Folk Culture and Tourism is more and more loved by tourists with the rapid development of tourism。 As a city with a long history and cultural heritage, Beijing has some great advantages in the development of folk culture tourism, such as rich folk culture tourism resources, huge market demand and strong development foundation。 Therefore, on the basis of the analysis about the information and the related concepts of folk culture tourism, the arrangement and classification about the Beijing folk cultural resources, this paper has analyzed the advantages, the disadvantages, the opportunities and the challenges of Beijing folk culture tourism development。 According to all the analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to development the Beijing folk culture tourism through these aspects: the folk culture tourism products about diet, the folk culture tourism products about living and so on。
