摘要：我国的无障碍发展起步晚，在各地的发展不平衡，哪怕是在同一个城市，不同的区县的无障碍发展也存在很大的差距。大城市远郊新城的无障碍发展存在很多问题。本文以文献研究、问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法为手段，认为在大城市远郊新城的无障碍发展应该提高社区和公交系统的无障碍服务水平，解决残障人士出行难的问题；加快公共服务场所的无障碍设施改造和建设，提高残障人士信息交流无障碍建设水平，满足残障人士信息沟通和交流的需要；提高残障人士的参与能力；实现“均等化”公共服务，做好远郊新城的规划；明确责任主体，加强制度建设；加大相关法律的宣传和制定，端正思想，树立全新的残疾人观。22722
