摘要:对于社会工作专业的本科毕业生来说,就业是他们进入大学以来不断探索、反复思考、迂回纠结的主要问题。作为大学毕业生群体中算是比较特殊的、作为新兴行业发展起来的社会工作专业本科毕业生,他们的困难显而易见:例如专业认可、薪资待遇、社会地位等等。就业对于他们来说,受到诸多因素的影响。但是他们的就业状况究竟如何,影响他们就业的原因到底是什么,对于这些问题的陈述尚未有明确的答案。本文认为,帮助社会工作本科大学生树立社工信仰是促进社工本科毕业生走进本行的最终手段,但是研究整个社会的发展进程及体制政策对社会工作本科毕业生就业去向的影响,却是由表及里深入探索社工本科毕业生就业现状为何如此的必经之路,也是追寻社会工作专业发展道路和人的全面发展的结合点。从社工大学生的教育经历到他们的自我认知,再到社会融合的范畴,是探求就业状况的一种层次递进的立体思文;而逆向来看,就是寻找延长社工生命线的动力因素——即社工信仰。本文将从一个发展的视角入手来浅析社会工作本科毕业生的就业状况。22956

The Research on Bachelor of Social Work Graduate Employment Survey:Analysis based on tracking the 6th Shanghai Institute of Technology graduates
Abstract: For undergraduate social work graduates, since they enter university employment is continuing to explore , think again , circuitous tangled main problem. As a university graduate population is relatively unique , professional graduates of social work developed as an emerging industry , their difficulties are obvious: for example, professional recognition , salary , social status , and so on . Employment for them, is affected by many factors. But exactly how their employment status , the impact of the reason for their employment in the end what is , for the statements of these issues have not yet have a clear answer. This paper argues that social work to help undergraduate students to establish social beliefs is the ultimate tool for social work graduates walked into the Bank , but the research and development process of institutional policy affecting the whole community social work graduates for employment destination , but it is by the table and in -depth exploration of why the social status of college graduates so the only way is to pursue social work professional point of integration and human development path of comprehensive development . Students from social work educational experience to their self-awareness , to areas of social integration , employment status is to explore three-dimensional thinking a hierarchical progressive ; while the reverse view, is seeking to extend the lifeline of social dynamic factors - namely, social beliefs. In this paper, from a development perspective to start the employment situation analysis of social work graduates.
