摘要：在计算机网络发展的背景下，网络已经成为大学生生活不可缺少的一部分，不正确的上网习惯会导致大学生对网络成瘾，引发部分社会性问题。如大学生网络人格失常、迷失自我、情感反应障碍、行为角色混乱，这些不健康的心理严重危害大学生的身心健康。如何处理好这些问题，成了众高校教育的重要内容。 24011

大学生出现网瘾的原因比较复杂，自身人格特质是内因，以孤独、抑郁、焦虑、过度自尊等消极人格特质为首要特质的人是网络成瘾的高发人群。
纵观国内外在治疗网瘾方面的经验和做法，得出结论，大学生网络成瘾预防重于治疗.
大学生一旦形成网瘾，治疗的过程和手段都将是漫长而复杂，而且这个年龄段的人在心理上对治疗有一定抵触情绪，所以治疗效果也不是很明显。
本文认为：营造丰富、活泼、积极、互爱的校园气氛至关重要，建立良好的家庭关系是解决大学生网瘾的有效方法。

Causes and Countermeasures of College Students' Internet Addiction
Abstract:
With the development of the computer network, it has become an indispensable part of college students’ life. Incorrect surfing habits of college students can lead to Internet addiction, which can cause social problems. How to deal with these issues has become an important part of university education.
The causes of student Internet addiction are complicated, personality is a key factor to determine the cause of addiction, and students who suffer from addiction tend to show loneliness, depression, anxiety, and negative self-esteem personality traits.
In the study and practice treatment of Internet addition, draw the conclusion that its’ better to prevent addiction from happening than to treat it.
Once student Internet addiction is formed, treatment process will be long and complex, and college students tend to have defensive mechanism against psychological treatment, so the result is not obvious. So the suggestion is, we must cure addiction prevention work from the source, create a rich and lively environment, and actively participate in campus atmosphere in order to cure Internet addiction inside out.
