摘要：随着大学教育日益大众化，当代大学生求职压力不断增大，求职过程中对大学生综合能力的要求也越来越高。面对这样的现状，更多的大学生开始接纳并热衷于进行兼职行为。文章以近1-2年内已实现就业的大学毕业生及应届生群体为主要研究对象，结合公开招聘大学应届生的企业,采用问卷调查与访谈调查相结合的方式,对大学生的兼职现状,兼职对大学生就业能力影响等问题进行了实证研究，对研究结果进行实证分析后结果显示兼职对大学生就业能力存在较显著的影响，兼职主要影响了大学生就业能力中的沟通能力，问题解决能力，团队合作能力和职业生涯规划能力。25715

Part-time research on the influence of the college students' employment ability
-Taking Nanjing Agricultural University as an example
Abstract：With the popularization of college education, the pressure of College Students' job hunting is increasing, and the requirements for the comprehensive ability of college students are higher and higher. Faced with this situation, more and more college students began to accept and keen to take part-time jobs. The last 1-2 years has achieved the employment of university graduates and graduate groups as the main research object, combined with the open recruitment of university graduates, questionnaire and interview survey method of combining part-time status of college students, made an empirical study on the problem of part-time college students' employment ability influence, to carry on the empirical analysis research the results showed a significant effect on the existence of part-time employment ability of college students, part-time mainly affects the employment ability of college students in communication skills, problem solving ability, team cooperation ability and the occupation career planning ability.
